In 2015, Versus Canada operating partner, Tim Spidel founded Squared Circle with the goal of creating branded apparel for wrestling and combat sports fans.

As an avid adult slo-pitch and hockey player, Tim began receiving requests to design and produce team jerseys and branded clothing.

Having grown up competing in every sport that required a racquet or shoes, he understands the importance of quality and durability in performance. That’s why we take great care in sourcing and manufacturing our materials.

In 2024, with demand for our apparel growing, Tim, along with several partners, launched VS with a vision to create the best performance and design uniforms on the market.
